Vietnam was the biggest mistake this country ever made. I can't believe you rightwingers are trying to wear that war as a badge of honor. Do you know how many innocent people died or were otherwise destroyed? For almost nothing. We lost because there was no point. It was all a big lie and mistake. Anti-war activists were huge heros. They all gave up a lot. Some were even gunned down by our own police and Guard. The troops were the bravest, of course. But since they had the draft most of the troops didn't even want to be there. They were basically kidnapped by the government to die for a war with no purpose.
