Thomas; If NASDAQ wants to find real crooks join the "get rid of the fractions league" get them to go decimal, there is also a need for "spread police" and what about an group to get rid of 'forward running'(making fractions in addition to commissions by interposing yourself as an intermediary buyer that the client is unaware of. How many million sixteenths are stolen this way. How about that Westergaard? Fight those battles. Bill
