JFP-- I did a little market research on cusa, as there are several beauty suppy shops in my area, and from what I found, cusa is going nowhere, fast. Other than Sally beauty supply, no one has even heard of the Z line. I also took note that the final terms of the sale were for much less than first planned, so I saw no more reason to hold it.
