Having spent a good chunk of my life figuring out how to implement squirrelly ideas, I look at the various suggestions for what to do about liberal bias on campus and I shudder. In every case the cure is worse than the disease. And in every case, the proponents are advocating something that is contrary to their previously espoused principles.

Nor am I sure the problem is as bad as it's been made out to be. Typically, when identity groups complain about such things, much of the complaint derives from oversensitivity. Is the offense that professors deriding students for supporting capitalism? Or are they simply teaching evolution in the biology department? Big difference.
