No, he isnt, THANK GOD, but during the last days of his office he closed MANY PUBLIC LANDS to vehicular traffic of any kind. In fact, I am not even sure hikers can get into some of them. If you live out West you ought to know how serious some of those closings were for small towns. Many of the so-called TRAILS were their MEANS OF ACCESS to get around. jdn
