The trouble with that plan is that anyone who is in bad enough condition to require a nursing home will be rejected as a passenger by the cruise line. Nursing homes are the end of the line, where you go if you have nowhere else to go. I doubt anyone on SI will end up in one, as SI is devoted in large part to the financial markets and people with money don't go into nursing homes.
