I don't think it will be that hard to prove once we get hold of all the purchases and sales.

However the total short position as of 8-15-97 was 38,000 an insignificant figure.
and the upc71 was posted on the stock on 8-8-97.

If the stock will rebound within the next week somewhat I will probably forget about the whole issue, However if it doesn't I will pursue this to the end. BTW I have a lawyer at my side.
