The recent reports further show that Sharon wants US to act immediately to stop Iran's nuclear program by all means. As always, the US neocons love to help, but the the situation is very difficult, either to help by pushing for an UN sanctions or to perform a military "preempt strike". There's not much chance to achieve the goal in either way and there's a big chance to get burned in trying. The conditions still remain about the same as we mentioned a couple months ago except Sharon is trying to press a little harder. If Sharon and the neocons fail to halt Iran's program and Iran become another nuclear nation, so be it. Then new ball game in the Middle East begins.
