You SCOP is flashing a RSI of below 30 today and it has been hugging the lower Bollinger Band for some time. I would venture to guess that SCOP is primed to reverse soon within this next week. Bottom looks like $22 -$23. alphachart.com You can get the RSI and Bollinger Bands at this site!
