Yes Sir! and your friend is willing to pay $500 per meal or whatever they charge, right? Do you remember when the miliary themselves did just about ALL the tasks that now go to contractors at 10 times the cost or more? What exactly does subcontracting out a task that the military do....and guess what, those contractors are all former military men, some of whom left the military to make more money as a contractor....what kind of strategy is that, especially in times of a huge budget deficit?
