Bingo!!! With Conseco trading @ 20 times earnings their stock is better than cash for them to do deals. I am not familar with AmVestors? are they a public co.? All anyone needs to do is ask all thoses new sharehholders that got Conseco stock as a result of a buy out and watched their accounts go up. I belive that Hilberts sales pitch is "would you rather own your stock or mine" John
