Until we find out which one of the deflationary or inflationary scenario takes place, here is what I think it is appropriate for both Canadians and North Americans. - Gold in the form of Goldmoney - Gold stocks (only healthy junior explorers with good properties for now) - Your house (as cheap as possible as long as you are comfortable) - Woodlands (in cheap rural areas) - Cash
