gilligan- Have you heard from him? the canuck never replied but jaime has more manners than that. he was down there the week after i was. sold his travel trailer and brought most his stuff back. he trusts my judgement. we have a whole new marketing plan. we're looking for a newbie, wannabe-sailor, adventuresome handyman with stars in his eyes and an, as yet, unfulfilled life... OR... someone who wants a cheeep place to live on the water in a beautiful mexican village. OR... a hippie. (are there any still living besides me and wharfie?) he's sacrificing almost all the 60K he's put into repairs and maintenance... listing it at 25K and we're going to advertise in the non-sailing markets. cheap bulletin boards, a sign in the parking lot, thrifty nickle and quick quarter ad rags, etc. i'm de-fancifying the web page to a minimalist, amateur look. stay tuned. -skippy
