In my particular situation the thought of an increase VVUS price to cover later would put me in a margin squeeze! In other words, I'm real leveraged at this point and I needed some room to stay in my comfort zone. If VVUS and my 10 CREAF options move up before the September expirations I will have plenty of cash in margin and the ability to sell another round of VVUS CCs. I'm sort of controlling my equity to liabilities better without missing the run up. The RSI and Bollinger Bands indicate further upside potential before a pull back. I would like to be able to nail a high premie and dip and cover it!
