AmVestors is public. AmVestors people should ask for stock to avoid cap gain. Then they can sell CNC stock at their leisure and pay the tax then.

I view CNC as only trading at 13.5 times 98 earnings of 3.35 projected. CNC has a high end estimate for 98 earnings of 3.40 on their investor presentation on their web site.

I think most people are looking past 97 earnings to 98 earnings as far as multiples are concerned. So I see CNC as a good bargain price for AmVestors are any acquiree. If CNC were trading at 20 times 98 earnings, I'm not sure I'd want it as bad if I'm an AmVestors shareholder because it may be valued on the high side with more down side risk.
