One more for me. The milleniel reign is the first age/aion that Christ will reign. It is next on the prophetic calendar. Christ's return will beging the 1000 year milleniel reign. When that age/aion ends, Christ will reign during the new heaven and new earth age/aion. But it too will end. These 2 ages/aions constitute the last 2 ages which are properly translated the ages of the ages or the aions of the aions. Because aion is mentioned twice in the biblical phrase, the King's James adds another ever to forever. ie; the aions of the aions in the KJV comes out "forever and ever". But aions are ages. We are currently in "the present wicked aion", which Emile correctly pointed out that satan is the god of the present wicked aion/age. 2 Corinthians 4:4.

But both of these aions end. And you are correct. The worm will not die during the aions, including the new heaven and new earth aion. But again, this aion will end. All of the aions will come to an end. All of the aions will end when Christ defeats all enemies. Not until.

God's words will remain forever, but that doesn't mean the worms or the fires will.

Thanks for the discourse, I have enjoyed it. You are always easy to get along with even when we don't agree!

Have a good one.
