The restaurant stocks should be a good bet... I shorted EAT a bit too early a few months back... The "obvious" shorts (PNRA and PFCB) do have fairly high short interest ratios so watch out on those... Martin Goldberg has done some good analysis of how these are pretty darn capital-intensive businesses - so they ought to be primed for a nice 20% to 30% haircut... just need to pick the right ones...
