"Congrats on calling the CPG improvement Q1/Q4."

Thank goodness. Despite guidance, Dual Core, blades and Turion 64 should help AMD get thru $800M in Q2.

The combination of better than expected CPG revenues and relief with the sale of the flash division, as hinted by the aftermarket activity, may result in significant revaluation over the next month or so.

With the JFTC ruling and the sale of flash, 2 important "uncontrolables" will be removed from the competitive landscape leaving INTC without "outside" leverage with the consequence that INTC will have to compete on a "CPG product" feature basis.

Once the foregoing becomes apparent to the marketplace, AMD's valuation may experience a nice little increment.

IPO proceeds can be applied to pay down existing debt resulting in significantly less interest costs and of course a rising quarterly eps as CPG marketgrowth transpires over the next few years.
