Goldmoney has been around since 2001 if my memory is good. However it has been in the work since the early 1990's when the first patents were filed. This page and linked pages fully describe their corporate governance. goldmoney.com You say banks have been there for 500 years. Well gold has been there for much longer. And Goldmoney is gold. Nothing to say against Central Fund. But I think Goldmoney is superior and much more flexible.
