Orca, I never said, "use torture". I asked, "how would you question him"? There are many grades of pressure, psychological and physical, between offering him cups of tea and torturing him. If you might be in the position of having to question such a ticking bomb, it behooves you to think what you would and would not do. Would you use sodium pentathol? Would you arrest his mother? Would you make him stand for six hours? Would you quote from the Koran to shake his beliefs? Would you lie to him about what you knew? Would you threaten him with torture, show him the instruments? Would you strip him? What's your limit?

Shouldn't you think about it beforehand? Might it not be a good idea to ask your lawyer what the appropriate laws have to say? Or does the act of asking the lawyer make you a torturer already?
