Might also be useful to list actions by other countries - Soviets, French (in Africa about twice each year - sometimes for good reasons), British, South Africa, etc.

Some of these are proxies for other countries - Cubans(Soviets) in Africa, Turks (USA/UN) in Korea, South Koreans(USA) in Viet Nam, etc.

Might also be useful to have a separate category for unofficial volunteers/mercenaries/etc. - US volunteers for Pancho Villa in Mexico, Abraham Lincoln Brigade in Spain, Flying Tigers in China, Polish government in exile in Battle of Britian, Canadian volunteers to US armed services for Viet Nam, Commando 19 in Africa, also Capricorn Group, Executive Outcomes in Mozambique, up to present.
