I hope so, and I guess I think it's more likely than not. We were being played pretty heavily by day traders the past two days, but today we seem to be spared. That should mean no late in the day sell off. Breaking 7 and 8 for good took a while. 9 snapped like a twig. I think 10 will be a little more like the former. But the chart is very strong, and I think we'll be seeing some news soon. When news is released, you can kiss 10 goodbye.
