Simple answer. They are looking at the second trial for label expansion. The initial trial met the primary endpoint; and obviously the company has had discussions with the FDA concerning the completed trial. They now have a comfort level with data in hand and its ability to garner approval. Unmet need will equate to priority review here as well.
