It was Cheney, not Bush who was the mastermind behind 9-11. Bush couldn't mastermind a golf match. Cheney is the man with the brains, the connections, and the logistics to mastermind 9/11. Cheney was the only high ranking Bush Administration official in charge on the morning of 9/11. What was he doing deep down in that bunker?
