Appreciate your WSJ "Penny Stock Fraud" info. Forwarned is Forearmed!
Having worked for the Chamber of Commerce for years I am by nature
suspicious of anything that sounds too good to be true!

I do have a question?? At what point are we responsible for our own
actions? Maybe we as a nation are too guillible. I deal with brokers
I trust and if I buy a penny stock I am aware of the risk! Too
many of us want to depend on "Big Brother" to blame if we make a
poor decision.
