I have no clue, Elroy. How about telling him that you reserve the right to pick up all of it in person at any time? If you own a major chunk of shares that may limit his freedom to play around...

BTW, I believe you mentioned a year ago that you (successfully?) made sure your broker could not loan out your shares for shorts?
