True rightwingers believe in END OF DAYS and armageddon, the world ending soon so who cares about wears, deficits, pollution? It's a real fanatical mass mental illness. No more rational thatn the Haley Bop Comet suicide bunch.

I grew up in a family of true honest midwestern Christians. Except for one loony cousin who's an alcoholic now we all think evangelicals are white trash nut cases who have no relationship to reality. Jesus is not coming back soon, and if he did he'd be branded a communist hippie and the rightwing would despise him. Jesus also taught the exact opposite of the rightwing policies. he demanded the rich give all their wealth to the poor. The US rightwing does the opposite. And think hand-outs to the poor is evil socialism.
