More Leftwing Idiocy Blogs for Bush David Horowitz was giving a lecture at the University of Texas in Austin and, of course, was confronted by the usual group of leftwing protestors...the people who show up to try and stop the exercise of free speech and the right to peaceably assemble, all in the name of freedom, of course. Anyways, Tom Elia of The New Editor gives us this perfect example of leftwing obtuseness: <<< At one point, a young protester admonished Horowitz to "Stop lecturing us!" This of course was a strange request to yell from the top of one's lungs, as Horowitz was in fact there to give, well, a lecture. >>> It is additionally bizarre when you note that the protestors didn't have to be there...you know, if you don't want to be lectured by Horowitz, then don't show up; they don't, as far as I know, round up an audience for Horowitz...people tend to show up entirely voluntarily.
