rrufff The operative words in that whole document are "phantom shares". The writer seems to approve "phantom share" short selling and only wants his clients to be able to do "phantom share" shorting as well. He is actually (and publicly) complaining that his clients cannot participate in an activity that should not be going on at all. Amazing.
