Hey Barb,

I suggest you actually try doing some research instead of making uninformed statements. Try reading the SEC filings and note the date they want to make the Eyesys merger effective, then note the language in the release yesterday stating "up to".

Barb research will allow you to keep your feet on the ground and out of your mouth -- something you have had a problem with in the past.
