Predators or predatory practices. I agree. But in defense of bills position, what he fears is what govt always seems to have done in the past is to overstep and interfere with our liberties. This conundrum will be around for as long as man is i am afraid. Thats why i used the pendelum example. Dereg was desparately needed and we got it with Reagan but dereg has led to some abuses that need to be corrected. Folks on the wings either want no reg or too much reg. Democracy does not equal anarchy or big brother--two things which need to be avoided. mike
