Typically, if a ship is too late to port, you have to assume it sank somewhere. Not too long ago, I recall reading about Astra/Merck shipping H. Pylori tests in Europe that were provided by some local manufacturer. Maybe the deal is going to fall through.

It's really too bad CMTR is being prevented from shipping their test by other means because of their deal with Astra/Merck. Isn't there an expiration date on this deal? If not, you've got to wonder who at CMTR agreed to this contract in the first place.
