I've had a few talks with Rosie about getting a safe deposit box up in Vancouver. Now they are headed out to the Islands, which is is an even more remote spot :-). I don't know about running, tho. If this beast gets out of control, I'm not sure there will be a good place to stay away from it. Owning my place is my security blanket. Free and clear. Don't care what it is worth, other than purulent self-interest in my sibs' Monopoly game :-) Going to my kids, and my ashes going to it. A survivialist's dream, 'ceptin' it's too close to SF. May have to blow the bridge at Healdsburg, and send them all to Erdman's place. All I need to do is set up an electrical generating system. Exchange pieces of silver to the cowboy and Indian girl living next door for a side of beef every once in a while. Maybe I can count on that. Mike
