No one has advanced some data that suggests just how strong they may be. Just lists of factors.

Without evidence that any serious effort has been made to account for these factors the data can't be considered solid information. Just providing the list of factors is enough if the factors are reasonable. It isn't enough to show that the data is wrong, but it is enough to keep you from drawing solid conclusions from the data.
