I have a good source for my computer slip ups. One son is a mgr in Honolulu for EDS (Electronic Data Systems - Ross Perot's old company that he sold when he went to General Motors) and has a squad of geeks working for him. He said to call him when I have a problem and he will get a geek to hook up remotely to my computer and fix whatever is necessary. My computer is less than a year old and haven't had to use him yet, but it sure is nice knowing that help is free, professional and just a phone call away, or I can just e-mail him and even save the cost of the phone call. Geek housecalls can cost $150 or more. Free is better.
