Wow, I could KISS that writer. He so eloquently espoused my feelings too. I have no anti McCain feelings per se, but lately his antics have caused me to become very disappointed in him. There simply is NO EXCUSE for a person at his level to not understand the Constitution and the powers granted to the Judiciary and the powers NOT GRANTED to the judiciary. McCain seems to often play right into the hands of the moveon.orgs of this country. He ought to be ashamed. jdn
