Steve. You said...."A balance of power can and is well calculated by military planners"..... I have never seen this in writing perhaps you could post this info. I tend to think that the very survival of the state of Israel depends on them being more powerful than their radical moslum neighbors who surround them. Do you think Israel would exist to day if they were less powerful?
