I'm not talking about everybody, only Terri. And her parents were prepared to undertake her care. So, presumably, they had sufficient resources to do it.

I am aware of that, but the "homeless" are not an issue in this case -- unless, of course, you are developing an argument that they should also be "disposed of" by starvation or other methods of "humane" execution -- in which case I would suggest that the government first sets an example by disposing of itself in such a way.
