Funny how it suddenly gets more attractive when you find yourself in the minority -g-

It's all well and good to prefer judges with a particular philosophy, but that the extreme end of the range of any philosophy are those without the perspective and temperament to be exercise good judgment in a complex and diverse world

All very well if it's used only for the "extreme end". But what to do when the "extreme end" is declared to equal the entire philosophical spectrum of the majority party? How many times can Presidents find stealth candidates with no paper trail to nominate?
