I was just billed after several months for charges totally covered by my insurance and this insurance is the HOSPITALS INSURANCE PLAN. My wife handles all of this cause she handles insurance on her floor among many other duties and is familiar with most of them. They give her a hard time, then SHE GIVES THEM a hard time and they get the message. The bottom line is their are a lot of dumb ass clerks that work in insurance operations. jdn
