I was talking about an exchange you and I had a week or two ago about why the Laci Peterson case became such a media circus, and I'd asserted it had something to do with the fact that putting Scott Peterson on trial for killing the fetus would set a dangerous (but enticing for the right) legal precedent. You disagreed. Taro threw it out as said legal precedent, and I was pointing that out to you. -Z
