Apparently Golden Rule is disputing GGL's ownership claim. At the present time both companies are awating the decision from Ottawa. In my opinion GNU has not much of a chance to have the decision in their favor, although you never know. This issue puts a bit of a cloud on the property and of course heavy duty breaks on the price of GGL's stock.
John Kaiser did an extensive writeup on this issue in one of his last year's Bottom-Fishing Reports (winter or spring of 1996 ).You may try to retrieve that at :
