Bill, You are missing the point. Nasdaq must first address the important issues. Such as hunting down men like Pluvia, who have the audacity to report facts on company, that contradict the stories those firm's have made public. Nasdaq, can not address the problems you mention until they have dealt with Chat Boards. As we've been told, from reliable sources, the internet is akin to the Wild West in it's beginning. We must not be sidetracked with unimportant issues, such as who is fleecing the small investor. Best Regards Tom
