Right now, our house price is stable after a hefty inflation over 4 years. QCOM has declined from $44 to $32 and while not cheap, it's not annoyingly over-priced as it was.

Maybe hindsight will show $44 to have been too cheap [when viewed from 2010] but I doubt it. As interest rates continue to grind at debtors and cash flows, returns on investment will need to be more attractive than P:E of 100:1 to compete with Prof Bernanke, aka Uncle Al [that seems weird while Green$pan is still the man].
