Halliburton rarely pays taxes. They have all kinds of offshore accounts. One is a slush fund for Dickster once he gets out of office. I'll bet he gets a percentage of all the theft, graft, gouging and over-charing to the tune of tens of millions. He only gives declared income to charity.

Cheney and Bush will both retire with over 100 million for what they have done for the energy business and gas prices.
