"Samsung & Micron will probably put that theory to rest." Would be nice were that to occur, but I'd think it woud've occurred, were they interested, before going the IPO route. Can't know for certain, but perhaps best shareholders interests lie behind the decision to go the IPO route. (i.e. management is looking for $600M and offers, if any were lower?)
