So don't tell me, let me guess---tree hugger federal officials are so concerned over CO2 production that they think it is best for the environment that we not pursue such technologies and instead pillage and plunder Alaska.

If half the resources devoted to oil exploration and drilling of preserves were channeled into developing more than just another decade of small scale "demonstration" vehicles, we'd be petroleum independent in a rather short period of time IMHO.
