So you think that will save you from an auto accident resulting in disasterous brain injury? Therein lies the problem. I could write something like "Don't do nuttin' after an MVA with brain disasters, or an MI if you don't find me in 30 seconds, but, if the MVA only results in a fracture requiring anesthesia and surgery, and they overdose me on the table enuf to require a vent for l0 minutes post-op, fill me with Versed so I don't remember and do it, but don't let Dr. ... anywhere near me".
