Thanks for that response. I learned that while it's easier said than done, pare down the language as much as possible. One defense lawyer I faced in California had an uncanny knack for boiling complex concepts down to the most simple language, taught me quite a bit. The more experience I've gained, the more I've come to appreciate how difficult that sometimes is, but how crucial as well.
Yep, bombarding SI with aliases - we haven't seen Berber posting here in his own name during this litigation have we, though he posted all over the place to solicit clients - well it might sway some here but in Court that kind of obfuscation can be torn right down, because in due course we're going to find out all about those aliases. Remember Rea said, "I think they're real people" to NYT? LOL - we'll see :-).
Silencing people. Yes indeed. Except honest people aren't afraid to talk, like you said, which is why you don't see Berber, Moor and Rea posting here in their own names, and we've seen them running for the hills for 3 years trying desperately to avoid being ordered by any Court to give an answer to my allegations, engage in discovery and trial proceedings. In fact, in typical bold fashion, Berber and Moor actually claimed that I am not demonstrating a good-faith readiness to fairly adjudicate this matter. They are brazen, aren't they: repeat the lie long enough, maybe someone will believe it. Problem there at this point now is the extended judicial record of them repeatedly and consistently lying under oath in the Courts during this litigation. All documented.
As for truthfulness, those who tend to scam and lie in person do it on the internet and will try to do it in court. That's one of the reasons you rarely see a criminal defendant on the stand (among other reasons.)
Remember how many of the followers claimed there would be no conviction and that the Batman defense would save the day? The high horse is easy to knock down in court. Hypocrisy, trying to silence others, while only the self-annointed crusaders have their word heard, can't happen before a fair judge. |
