Opinions Kevin - lies are mis-statements of facts. Yes, and your continuous assertion that those who disagree with Byrne and O'Brien are saying that naked shorting "doesn't exist", is a misstatement of fact, ergo, a lie. The real problem is that whenever anyone, be it Mark Cuban, Jeff Matthews, Herb Greenberg, the DTCC or the SEC, steps up and disputes anything NCANS puts out, they're immediately labelled part of the conspiracy. That's not an investigation, that's a witch hunt.
